The goal of this research stream is to consolidate the research of the other four streams into practical solutions, standards, policies, strategies and actions to address real business problems faced by financial institutions.

Customer Data Management Breakwater Project

 

CiFER is a co-investigator with Ernst & Young and JWG-IT Group Ltd, the Think Tank for EU driven IT change in Financial Services and has received seed funding from JWG-IT Group to contribute to the goals of the project

Breakwater Objective

 

To define the minimum operational performance guidelines for the rolling review of customer data to meet European Markets In Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), Anti-money laundering (AML) III and Data Protection Act (DPA) requirements
